The INSPIRE Platform Management Office supports interested customers every step of the way toward a successful project launch.

How working with us works

The first step is very straightforward: get in touch with us by email at kontakt@remove-this.inspire-mannheim.de or by phone. We look forward to learning about your startup and your project. To do this, we’ll send you a short PDF questionnaire – you can also find it here for download. This gives us an initial overview of your challenges, goals, and requirements so we can assess your request in a targeted way.

Once we’ve received this information, we’ll carefully review your details and discuss your project within the INSPIRE team. We’ll then invite you to a non-binding, free, roughly 30-minute (online) introduction call to explore your questions together and discuss suitable solution approaches. Together, we’ll identify the core partner best suited to your project in terms of expertise and strategy. We’ll then clarify both sides’ concrete interest in cooperating and lay the groundwork for a successful collaboration. Depending on the support you need – from expert consultations, to ethics applications, to interactive workshops – we’ll put together an individual offer for you.

If it’s a longer-term project, such as testing and validation studies in the Mannheim Living Labs , we’ll connect you with the selected core partner in a joint kickoff meeting and form an initial contact group. Based on the goals and framework conditions discussed, we’ll then also put together a tailored proposal for your joint project. As soon as all parties confirm their willingness to collaborate, the contact group becomes an INSPIRE project consortium. This lays the foundation for joint project implementation, and the project can ideally get underway soon after.
